The GAA has played a major part in my life, both in and out of school, as sport is an integral part of a well-rounded education.Tonight a great honour will be bestowed on my youngest son, Mel, when he accepts a BT Ulster Colleges All Star award at midfield in this year’s All Star team. Mel is the first student from Corracrin N.S. to be so honoured. To read more of this article click here.

Our gala dinner dance took place on Saturday March 17th, in the Four Seasons Hotel. It was very enjoyable and successful night. The function was very well-attended and a great night out was had by all. We have some photographs of the night, courtesy of Gregory Murphy. Everyone in the school would like to thank our parents’ association for their huge efforts in the organisation of such a successful fundraising event for Scoil Naomh Pádraig.

Thank you to all the parents who attended the open afternoon on January 27th. I hope you found it both enjoyable and interesting.
